Report of the 2003 Annual General Meeting by Robbie Robinson

Chairman Tony Robinson opened the AGM and handed over to Robert Herring, the Club's President who presided over the meeting.

Tony said that we had now been at the new venue for a year and everything was going fine. He also stated that we would have the road run again next year on the 18th of April and that it would be starting and finishing at the clubroom. Tony thanked Pauline who was retiring as Treasure after doing the job for 14 years, Richard Playdon who retires after 15 years as Rally Secretary, and also thanked Pete Humphries who retired after looking after the Rally Pay Gates for the last 29 years. There was also thanks for Margaret who has stood down from organising the Annual Dinner after many years. Tony thanked all the committee and officers for their hard work over the last year. He was also glad that Sandra Tanner had agreed to become the new Treasurer, and the both Pauline and Pete would be standing for the Committee.
